Mortgage Advisor - Norwich & Wroxham PRIMIS Mortgage Network are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a well established Mortgage Advisory business who run their business alongside their independent Estate Agency group. The Estate Agency business have multiple long established branches across Norfolk and are well regarded. The mortgage business is an Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation. The firm are now looking for a further experienced Advisor with CAS who needs a high volume and high quality lead source. The role is either Self Employed or Employed - whichever is preferred. The SE splits are 60% on leads provided (in the advisors favour) - very generous. The Employed deal is to £30,000 base salary. Their is a validation figure to hit monthly prior to comms of between 15% and 25% The role is Mortgage Only with Protection being referred in house. Should the advisor be able to demonstrate a real skill in protection then a Mortgage and Protection role will be considered. The firm are a solid firm with no false promises that don't materialise. this role cannot be compared to that of corporate Estate Agency linked Mortgage Advisory businesses - This business is very very different. The employed role is office based with the Self Employed role being totally flexible although we believe branch exposure would be beneficial to both parties. We are only looking for CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisors with broking experience and ideally EA exposure. Full PRIMIS lender and 15 provider Protection panel is utilied by this firm - no loadings to Protection ensuring the very best for the customer.
