Participate in staff meetings, training, and team planning sessions. Communicate regularly with parents and carers regarding student progress and school events. Stay informed about current educational trends and innovative teaching practices to enhance your classroom delivery. Personal Specification: Qualifications: A recognised UK teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) is essential. Experience: Prior experience teaching in Key Stage 1, preferably within a primary school setting. Solid understanding of the KS1 curriculum, including phonics, early literacy, and numeracy. Experience working with children with diverse learning needs, including SEND. Skills and Attributes: Strong classroom management and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage students, colleagues, and parents. A creative, enthusiastic approach with a passion for helping children thrive. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners. Ability to assess student progress and differentiate instruction accordingly.
