Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain quality and presentation of all breakfast items. Ensure that food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are strictly followed. Assist with stock control and inventory management for breakfast service. Contribute creative ideas for enhancing the breakfast menu and introducing seasonal options. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. Requirements: Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie with breakfast service experience.
