Team Challenge Company is a leading corporate event management specialist in the UK and Ireland, renowned for delivering innovative and memorable events. We focus on creativity, collaboration, and exceeding client expectations through personalised and impeccably delivered event solutions.


Role Description

We are seeking an Activities Manager for a full‑time, on‑site position located in Lochgelly. The Activities Manager will oversee the planning, organisation, and execution of corporate events and our team‑building experiences. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients to design bespoke event packages, coordinating event logistics, leading and managing event teams, and ensuring successful delivery of events that meet and exceed client expectations. The role also involves maintaining high standards of customer service, tracking event success, and contributing innovative ideas for future offerings. The role is mainly based on site at venues around the country and is a 5‑day a week based on a 7‑day rota. The ideal candidate will have a good level of fitness and the ability to move equipment from place to place to bring our clients’ events to life.


Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with clients to design bespoke event packages.
* Coordinate event logistics, including venue, catering, and equipment.
* Lead and manage event teams to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
* Maintain high standards of customer service and track event success.
* Contribute innovative ideas for future offerings.


Qualifications

* Expertise in event planning and management with organisational and scheduling skills.
* Strong leadership and team‑management abilities to motivate and lead diverse teams during events.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
* Creative thinking and problem‑solving skills for designing unique event experiences and addressing challenges.
* Familiarity with logistics and health and safety compliance for events.
* Experience in corporate team‑building and event planning is a plus.
* Proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management tools.
* A valid driving licence to travel as needed.
