About the Opportunity
Join a growing, entrepreneurial Corporate Finance team where your Practice experience will be highly valued. You’ll move beyond compliance work and into a role where you’ll actively contribute to transactions, strategy, and value creation.
From day one, you’ll be involved in live deals, gaining exposure across the full transaction lifecycle while working closely with senior dealmakers.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting buy-side and sell-side transactions across a range of sectors
• Preparing financial models, forecasts, and client-ready presentations
• Assisting in the production of information memoranda and business plans
• Conducting market and buyer research
• Contributing to valuations, fundraising, and exit strategies
• Playing a key role in due diligence and financial analysis
• Building relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
Who This Suits
• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) trained within Practice
• Background in audit, accounts, or advisory
• Looking to transition into Corporate Finance / M&A
• Strong commercial awareness and analytical thinking
• Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
• Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment
