Associate / Associate Director Civil Engineer Vertical Recruitment are working with a multidisciplinary built environment consultancy delivering complex projects across a wide range of sectors. The business has a strong national presence and a reputation for technical excellence, collaborative working and long term client relationships. Due to an increase in workload and a growing order book, they are looking to appoint an Associate or Associate Director level Civil Engineer to strengthen their leadership team. The Opportunity This role will suit an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in building related civil engineering, combined with hands on people management and excellent client facing skills. The position blends leadership of key projects, client management and mentoring responsibilities, supporting both workload delivery and technical development within the team.
