Duties
10. Providing mobile servicing and repair work directly at customer locations
11. Visiting customers at their homes, workplaces, or roadside locations to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
12. Delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship
13. Working flexibly within a 40-hour week to meet customer needs and maximise efficiency
14. Ensuring all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations
Candidate spec
15. Level 2 Qualification in Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
16. Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally with roadside, dealership, or workshop background
17. Full UK Driving Licence is essential
18. Passionate about problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service
19. A motivated team player with a professional attitude and a flexible approach
