Rushton Hall Hotel has an incredible opportunity for a experienced Conference and Events Assistant Manager to work in a fantastic Luxury Hotel. .
You will be the link between the waiter team and the Conference and Events Manager, supporting a multitude of areas within the F&B Department.
No day will be the same, with your radius of action touching all different Conferences, Events, Weddings and occasional Restaurant support .
You will be dealing with high hospitality standards, and a great team to lead.
Our F&B outlets have an amazing reputation for its outstanding food and service and we are now looking for a positive, ambitious and energetic individual to join the Team.
You must have great personality, enthusiasm and passion for hospitality
You will ideally have experience in a quality operation and will be fantastic with guests, offering the best customer service, You will preferably have experience managing a team and essential Conference and Events experience on banqueting and meetings, large and small.
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
This is a full time position
Due to the industry and nature of the role, please expect to work weekends, bank holidays and late evenings.
Experience in waiting tables, running events, bar and setup meeting rooms and banqueting rooms is essential.
DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR OWN TRANSPORT TO COMMUTE.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
