We are looking for a reliable and motivated General Labourer / Security Operative to support a high‑security refurbishment project for a major warehousing and logistics facility.
Key Responsibilities:
1. General labouring duties and site security support
2. Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly site
3. Assisting with materials, plant, and equipment control
4. Working closely with the site management and client team
5. Identifying and reporting site issues and defects
6. Complying with all Health & Safety requirements
Requirements:
7. Valid CSCS Card
8. DBS check (Enhanced DBS required on commencement)
9. Strong awareness of Health & Safety
10. Good communication skills and a flexible attitude
11. Previous construction or refurbishment experience preferred
Desirable (training can be provided):
12. NVQ, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid
13. IPAF, PASMA
14. Manual Handling, Working at Height, Fire Safety
This role would suit someone proactive, safety‑focused, and comfortable working in a high‑security site environment.
