As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you'll lead from the front. guiding your team, supporting young people through challenging moments, and creating a home where safety, stability, and positive relationships can truly flourish.

Base Salary £31,231
Sleep-ins at £62.64 each - £3,000 - £6,500 a year!

About the Role:
Lead shifts and guide your team through daily routines and challenges.
Provide consistent, nurturing, trauma-informed support to young people.
Promote independence, emotional resilience, and healthy relationships.
Contribute to care planning, risk assessments and behaviour support strategies.
Maintain accurate recording and documentation.
Support the Deputy and Registered Manager with mentoring staff, routines and daily operations.
Ensure the home remains safe, stable, and aligned with regulatory standards.
Be a positive role model, encouraging engagement, aspiration and personal growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 12 months' experience within a Children's Residential home.
Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children & Young People (or equivalent).
Naturally caring, resilient, calm under pressure and able to build trust.
Strong communication skills with a hands-on, team-focused approach.
Flexible to work long days, sleeps, and weekend shifts.
Full UK Driving Licence required.
