Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven New Business Development Manager to join our THG Studios team. This role is focused on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities with leading brands and agencies. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with commercial acumen, building relationships that position THG Studios as a trusted partner for innovative marketing and creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple sectors, targeting key decision-makers at global and regional brands.
* Develop and execute a proactive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, agencies, and partners.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams—including creative, production, and technology—to develop tailored proposals and solutions that meet client needs.
* Lead the end-to-end sales process, including pitching, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
* Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform business development strategies.
* Represent THG Studios at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in business development or sales within creative, digital, or media industries.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, content production, e-commerce, and technology-driven solutions.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
* Strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
Desirable Attributes:
* Experience working with global brands or agencies.
* Familiarity with end-to-end creative production workflows.
* Knowledge of THG Ingenuity's e-commerce and technology platforms is a plus.
