Our client, a respected charity, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of key services, manage staff, maintain contracts and partnerships, and support funding opportunities. This is a permanent role based in Leeds where you’ll play a vital part in shaping services and driving impact.
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will:
* Lead and manage service delivery to ensure high-quality, accessible services for beneficiaries.
* Line manage and support staff, promoting wellbeing, professional development, and strong performance.
* Maintain and grow partnerships with stakeholders, funders, and delivery partners.
* Oversee budgets and ensure compliance with contract and funding requirements.
* Identify and secure funding opportunities to sustain and expand services.
* Collect and analyse data to monitor impact and drive service improvements.
* Represent the charity at external meetings, events, and networks.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in service delivery management within a charity or similar organisation.
* Strong staff management experience, including leadership and performance management.
* Track record in managing contracts and partnerships with multiple stakeholders.
* Experience in securing, managing, and reporting on funding streams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
