As the Finance Manager you will lead the financial reporting and planning processes. This role is pivotal in delivering best–in–class budgeting, forecasting and performance management to support strategic decision–making.
You will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, providing financial insights and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
The position offers the opportunity to shape financial tools, reporting frameworks, and analytics that maximise impact and value for money.

Key Responsibilities
* Budgeting and forecasting processes, including re–forecasts, reporting back
* Producing monthly and quarterly management accounts with variance analysis
* Preparing annual reports and supporting the audit
* Developing financial performance metrics and cost allocation methodologies
* Involved with scenario modelling and financial insights for business cases
* Analysing income, expenditure, and cost trends with meaningful commentary
* Working with non finance team members business partnering where needed
Ideal skills and experience
* An accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
* Advanced Excel skills
* Ability to communicate financial insights to non–finance stakeholders.
* Collaborative approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
