Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding nursing care across multiple referral disciplines Assist with advanced diagnostics, surgery and specialist procedures Monitor anaesthesia and sedation for complex cases Provide exceptional inpatient and intensive care nursing Support emergency and critical care patients when required Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records Work collaboratively with specialists, residents, interns and nursing colleagues Participate in structured training and mentorship programmes Contribute to the highest standards of patient welfare and clinical excellence Working Pattern Full-time, 40 hours per week 4 x 10-hour shifts 1 in 8 weekend rota Days off in the following week after weekend shifts The Practice The hospital offers specialist services in medicine, orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, neurology, cardiology, ophthalmology, dentistry, diagnostic imaging, emergency and critical care, and more. You will rotate through departments every two weeks, becoming a valued member of each team while building an impressive breadth of referral nursing experience.
