The board is responsible for hospital care, outpatient services, emergency treatment, and specialist medical support, working to improve public health and well-being.
Your new role
You will be responsible for performing system, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing using both manual and automated techniques. Leads a small team of test analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and training while managing the testing process in an Agile environment. Oversees test planning, execution, defect reporting, and the development of automated test frameworks and suites to ensure high-quality software delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Deep expertise in the development of test plans, test strategy, test scripts & test reports
2. Extensive experience in managing software testing in highlyplex technology-based products
3. Proven ability to lead, guide and monitor the analysis, design, implementation and execution of test cases, test procedures and test suites
4. A strong experience in test automation
5. Extensive experience of designing test conditions and scenarios from a specification, user story or acceptance criteria in order to testplex systems
6. Well-versed in designing and creating test data to verify expected test results
