Role
Product Consultant will play a crucial role designing and configuring our systems to align with best practices and client needs. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of healthcare systems and a passion for using technology to drive improvements in healthcare delivery.
What you’ll be doing
* System Design and Configuration: Design and configure technology solutions to meet client requirements and industry best practices.
* Collaboration: Work with clients to understand workflows and ensure optimal system setup.
* Documentation: Create and maintain detailed configuration documentation.
* Consultancy Services: Provide expert consultancy to clients on implementation and optimisation.
* Workshops and Training: Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices.
* Pre‑Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing technical expertise during pre‑sales.
* Project Management Support: Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery.
* Partnerships Team Collaboration: Work with the partnerships team to support life customers.
* Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
Qualifications
