Job Description
Your influential mission. You will...
* Take ownership of one or more software products within the Neon Casino Management System portfolio.
* Manage product initiatives throughout their lifecycle, ensuring features meet business and user needs, aligned with strategic goals.
* Develop a deep understanding of your business domain and end-user challenges.
* Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and UX designers to drive discovery, define requirements, and ensure successful delivery.
* Own product roadmaps, analyze change requests, and consult stakeholders on business value.
* Translate observations into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, planning with development leads to prioritize and track work.
* Create documentation and present new features and releases to internal stakeholders.
* Stay updated on industry research and the competitive landscape to keep products best-in-class.
