We’re looking for a confident and highly organised individual to join our great team at Quality Personnel. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role supporting senior leadership while also taking ownership of a high-profile client account.
About the Role
This is a unique dual-function position combining:
* Client & Recruitment Ownership: Taking full responsibility for resourcing and managing a major seasonal contract, delivering high volumes of temporary staff during peak summer periods.
* Business Support: Providing administrative and secretarial and marketing support to the Directors and Sales Team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Working Hours
* Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
* Summer peak period requirements:
o Early starts from 7:00am (on-site at client premises)
o Saturday morning availability
Flexibility is essential for this role.
