About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Registered Manager/RMN to help shape and lead our brand-new department that supports clients with complex Learning Disabilities/Autism and associated Mental Health conditions to return to the community from secure units.
This is a Head Office and community-based management role, working in partnership with other qualified professionals to meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
15. To have overall responsibility for the management of HCD Genesis Regional Nurses and Care Leads.
16. Support the day-to-day management in meeting KPI targets
17. Collaborate with internal teams and external professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
18. Take the lead on Special Measures meetings
19. Provide support to the Head Office teams and HCD Genesis nurses regarding safeguarding issues and to ensure correct procedures are followed
20. Liaise with the Training Manager to ensure staff training needs are being met
21. Effectively manage any complaints relating to HCD Genesis employees
22. Promote the rights of each client and ensure their wishes are at the centre of their support
23. Participate in the growth and development of the service
24. Promote excellent customer service throughout the workplace, ensuring communication processes are meeting client expectations
25. Raise any concerns with the Clinical Operations Director
26. Ensure notifications are submitted to the Care Quality Commission as required
27. Undertake and support specific projects and tasks allocated by the Company Director
28. Attend quarterly management meetings
