M&Ds Scotlands Theme Park Scotlands premier entertainment destination is looking for an enthusiastic and creativeSales & Marketing Executive to join our team!
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving footfall, brand awareness, and commercial success across our thrilling Theme Park, indoor attractions, restaurants, seasonal events, and more.
Sales & Marketing ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:
* Answer and sell added value across all inbound and outbound telemarketing calls
* Implement all company sales campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor platforms
* Liaise with external organisations and partners
* Drive growth in schools, groups, community club & birthday party sales for park admissions, events and hospitality packages
* Coordinate and contribute toward all on-site Group Booking activities, seasonal campaigns and PR events
* Maintain sales consistency across all customer communications and touchpoints
* Ensure systems are live and updated at all times
* Daily banking and reporting of all sales activities
What Were Looking For:
* A passion for sales and customer engagement
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales/telesales role (tourism, leisure, or hospitality experience preferred)
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficiency with both telephone & CRM systems
* Highly organised, with a results-driven mindset and a flair for creativity
* Flexibility to support occasional weekend or event work during peak seasons
* Work well on your own and as part of a team
