What youll work on
1. Delivering safe, effective, and compliant care to patients across the practice
2. Making autonomous clinical decisions in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
3. Managing planned and urgent primary care presentations, including minor illness
4. Working closely within a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive the right care at the right time
5. Contributing to clinical governance and quality improvement, alongside the Lead Nurse
6. Providing clinical leadership within the practice and supporting high standards of care
