Reporting to: Branch Manager
Dron & Dickson are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support branch operations and deliver a high standard of service to customers. This role plays a key part in coordinating the sales process, managing customer accounts, and supporting overall branch performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a professional and efficient service to customers, suppliers and internal teams
* Process quotations, sales orders and purchase orders accurately and in line with company procedures
* Manage assigned customer accounts and identify opportunities to improve performance
* Follow up quotations to maximise conversion and remain competitive
* Expedite customer and supplier orders where required
* Manage returns and non-conformances, ensuring timely resolution
* Support tender submissions (ITT responses) and assist Business Development Managers where needed
* Maintain accurate records and support ongoing system and process improvements
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
* Support continuous improvement across systems and processes
* Undertake ad hoc duties as required, including occasional travel and networking

Qualifications
* Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent)
* CompEx Foundation (preferred)
* Customer Service, Anti-Bribery and Anti-Slavery training (or willingness to complete)
