Our inclusive, collaborative culture encourages professional challenge, **shared learning**, and the development of **risk capability** across the business.**What you can expect in this role*** You’ll play a key role in **shaping pricing, reserving and capital decisions** by bringing thoughtful challenge, collaboration and a forward-looking view of risk* **You’ll work closely with Pricing, Underwriting, Actuarial and Finance f****unctions**, as well as **senior business leaders**, helping to provide expert oversight, review and assurance* You’ll contribute to the **development of insurance risk capability** and knowledge across the Risk team, focusing on quality, collaboration and continuous improvement* You’ll have opportunities to **learn, develop and grow** within the role* **You’ll be supported** by experienced colleagues who want you to succeed**What you might bring*** Experience **working closely** with actuarial, pricing, reserving and underwriting teams within a General Insurance setting, **contributing to oversight**, review and challenge of key business decisions* **Skills in general insurance pricing**, reserving and underwriting, with the ability to interpret technical outputs and translate them into **clear risk insight**, and a willingness to learn and ask questions* A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with the confidence to **provide constructive challenge** while working closely with Line 1 teams* An organised, **thoughtful way of working*** A commitment to delivering **great outcomes** for customers and colleagues**Not sure you tick every box?
