What You'll Do
* Apply your clinical nursing knowledge to evaluate, annotate, and improve AI‑generated content related to healthcare workflows and informatics
* Translate real‑world nursing workflows and EHR documentation practices into clear, structured feedback for AI training purposes
* Review AI outputs for clinical accuracy, terminology correctness, and practical relevance to nursing practice
* Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe content in AI‑generated clinical scenarios, documentation, or system recommendations
* Collaborate asynchronously with technical teams to ensure AI systems reflect how nurses actually work
Who You Are
* Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands‑on experience in a healthcare setting
* Familiar with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
* Experienced with clinical documentation workflows and nursing informatics concepts
* Strong written communication skills and ability to articulate clinical reasoning clearly
* Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently
Nice to Have
* Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or nursing leadership
* Prior experience with data annotation, quality review, or evaluation tasksFamiliarity with AI tools, language models, or technology evaluation
