A Social Care Team Leader is required to join a specialist case management and rehabilitation company providing Support Work, Case Management, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Medico Legal services to children and adults across North East England, North West England and Scotland. Along with a salary of £32,708 per annum, you will also receive full supervision including formal meeting opportunities, additional holidays accruing with service, a pension scheme, health cover and employee rewards.
As Social Care Team Leader, you will be supporting a client with Cerebral Palsy. Duties will include co-ordinating the rota to ensure cover is in place at all times, ensuring the smooth running of the team and that everybody knows what they are doing. You will work on shift for the majority of your hours supporting with personal care, social and leisure activities, and rehabilitation activities, whilst also having some time to work off shift to complete the rotas and supervision of the rest of the team.

We’re looking for a Social Care Team Leader with:
Previous experience of working in the Health Sector, and working with Children.
Driving licence and car owner is essential.
You should be trained to NVQ/Diploma Level 4 in Health and Social Care (or have equivalent experience e.g. completed year 1/level 4 of a recognised health profession degree course)
