Responsibilities (Reporting into the Location Manager):
* Ensuring that the location is clean, pleasant, and safe for customers in either their home environment or communal areas. Using cleaning products effectively, following instructions and health and safety procedures at all times.
Required Knowledge & Experience:
* Customer service NVQ2 (advantageous)
* Previous cleaning experience and knowledge
* Safe use of cleaning products
* Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment, e.g., carpet cleaners
* Understanding of data protection, confidentiality, and safeguarding vulnerable adults
* Health & safety in the workplace, including COSHH
Required Skills:
* Well organized with good time management
* Strong interpersonal, empathy skills, and a friendly personality
* Ability to work individually and as part of a team
* Ability to prioritize and plan around customer needs
