Our client offers expert, regulated, independent advice to private clients, companies and trustee's in all areas of Financial Planning & Wealth Management.
Please note: Progression is available to Trainee Paraplanner, Paraplanner and to Adviser if you so wish. However, this is not a prerequisite to be considered and the business is very happy to have long term administrators.
Responsibilities
* Client correspondence, written and verbal
* Processing new business, pension, investment & protection
* Chasing providers/insurers
* Preparation of client review packs
* Arranging client meetings and managing the financial planner's diary
* Illustration requests
* Accurate use of IO/Intelligent Office software
* Maintain client records and ensure client files are well presented, accurate and compliant.
* Taking phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them where appropriate.
* General back-office support.
