The Role
Working closely with customers, suppliers, and engineers, you will support the day-to-day running of the parts and sales function, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and customers receive exceptional service.
* Manage customer enquiries via telephone and email
* Identify and source spare parts using catalogues, manuals, and internal systems
* Prepare and issue quotations
* Follow up quotations and support sales activity
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
* liaise with suppliers, customers, and engineers to ensure smooth order fulfilment
* Support stock control and inventory management
* Prepare parts for dispatch and coordinate deliveries
* Maintain accurate records across company systems
* Assist with warranty claims and service administration
* Support stock takes and inventory reconciliation
About You
We'd love to hear from candidates with experience in:
* Internal Sales
* Sales Support
* Customer Service
* Parts Administration
* Purchasing
* Engineering Administration
* Logistics or Stock Control
* Technical Support
* Automotive, Manufacturing, Plant or Engineering environments
You'll also have:
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* A proactive and positive approach to work
* The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
* A genuine interest in learning about technical products and engineering solutions
