We’re working with a friendly, inclusive secondary school looking for a female Early Career Teacher of PE to join their department. The team is supportive, the pupils are enthusiastic, and the school genuinely understands what ECTs need to succeed, not sink.

What you’ll be doing
1. Teaching PE across KS3 and KS4, with well-structured schemes of work in place
2. Delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that encourage participation and confidence
3. Supporting girls’ PE, sport and extracurricular activities
4. Building positive relationships with pupils who love being active
5. Being guided and supported through your ECT journey with mentoring that actually helps
