* Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and legislation.
* Maintain payroll systems and resolve discrepancies effectively.
* Provide guidance and support to team members on payroll matters.
* Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
* Monitor payroll costs and ensure accurate budgeting.
* Implement improvements to optimise payroll processes.
Qualifications
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
* Proven experience in payroll management within a fast paced role.
* Strong knowledge of payroll systems and legislation.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial matters.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in relevant payroll software and Microsoft Office.
* Experience collaborating with Accounting & Finance teams.
