This is office based working in a friendly office environment where your day will be very varied.

9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
This is role will combine duties including purchasing, facilities coordination, administration, supporting finance, and customer-facing responsibilities. They are specifically seeking someone who has experience ofimproving purchasing & stock control procedures.
The successful candidate will take ownership of office and site operations, ensuring processes run smoothly, procurement is timely and controlled, and both internal teams and external visitors receive a professional, well-organised experience.
* Lead purchasing activity including raising POs and placing orders
* Maintain supplier records, pricing, delivery schedules, and purchasing documentation.
* Track deliveries, manage shortages, and proactively communicate issues.
* Maintain stock levels aligned with production and operational needs.
* Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to improve value, lead times, and reliability.
Office Management & Administration
1. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, registers, and document control.
