Job Overview
As a Lawyer within our Trusts and Estates Department, you will undertake a full range of wills, probate, trusts and estates work on behalf of private clients whilst contributing to the growth of the department through business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Grow and manage a broad caseload advising clients on a full range of associated matters across the Trusts and Estates portfolio
* Draft and review documents and advising on a range of matters to include wills, powers of attorney, estate administration, deeds of variation and trust related work
* Support colleagues within the department, liaising with new and existing clients, working efficiently, collaboratively and professionally
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 1 year post-qualified experience within a Trusts & Estates Department
* We are looking for an enthusiastic and personable Lawyer to join Talbots Law Trusts and Estates Department
* Passionate about providing outstanding client care and service
* Accurate and articulate in written and spoken communication with a high level of attention to detail
* Excellent administrative, planning, organisation and time management skills as well as being proficient in a variety of IT software, including all MS Office applications
* Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
