The Role As an HLTA, you will work in partnership with teachers to support learning, raise attainment, and promote pupils' independence and wellbeing. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will: Deliver planned and unplanned lesson coverage Plan and lead engaging learning activities and interventions Support teaching through marking, feedback, and lesson delivery Work with individuals and small groups, including pupils with SEND Contribute to assessment and pupil progress tracking Line manage Teaching Assistants, supporting their development Create a positive, inclusive, and well-organised learning environment What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Holds an HLTA qualification (Level 3) or equivalent Has experience working within a school or supporting young people Demonstrates a strong understanding of teaching and learning Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is confident leading learning and supporting colleagues Shows patience, resilience, and a calm, professional approach Is committed to inclusive education and high expectations Who is Lift Schools?
