The SushiChef de Partie Chef reports to the Head Chef.
As a SushiChef de Partiewe would love you to have:
* Proven experience as a Sushi Chef, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or sushi bar.
* Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and delivering high-quality results.
* Excellent knife skills and ability to handle sushi knives safely.
* Full ownership in your role.
* Good English language communication skills with a willingness to learn.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
* Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes, and standards.
* Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team.
* Train and mentor junior sushi chefs, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to standards.
* The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant.
* Proof of right to work/pre-settled status in UK.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
