Duties Of A Fleet Co‑ordinator
* Manage customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
* Handle vehicle warranty registrations, claims, and associated administration
* Monitor and respond to online reviews to uphold company reputation
* Coordinate vehicle collections, deliveries, and driver scheduling to optimise logistics
* Oversee fleet maintenance scheduling, including servicing, MOTs, and repairs
* Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems consistently
* Support FCA and Consumer Duty compliance administration
* Produce regular reports on customer satisfaction, operational activities, and fleet performance
* Liaise with management to improve service processes and operational efficiency
Requirements Of A Fleet Co‑ordinator
* Previous experience within automotive customer service, aftersales, operations, or fleet coordination is essential
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* IT literacy with proficiency in CRM and fleet management systems
* Full UK driving licence with minimal points
* Ability to work effectively within a fast‑paced environment, prioritising tasks efficiently
