proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally. Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Project Manager to be a key part of our Projects Delivery Department, representing proAV and taking full responsibility for ensuring the successful and profitable deployment of an end-to-end programme. They will work alongside the sales, operational and engineering teams in managing project scope for a range of client direct and construction projects. This is an opportunity to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform work on multiple projects within the budgeted cost and to the satisfaction of the client.
* Ensure successful and profitable execution by following standards and supporting the implementation of processes and SOPs that drive consistency.
* Liaison with other internal departments, clients and contractors.
* Ensure that H&S files are in place for projects and that safe systems of work are implemented.
* Understand the contractual requirements of projects.
* Ensure that technical and drawing information is available and correct to allow others to perform their works efficiently.
* Manage the setup elements of systems to prove the concept.
* Deal with all aspects of financial management of projects including invoicing and variations to avoid financial exposure and ensure timely payment.
* Interface audio visual systems into client buildings, covering both hardware and software interfaces.
* Represent the company at a senior level with professional conduct and presentation.
* Develop knowledge from experience and research to become an expert in one or more areas of project work for others to refer to.
* Produce project documentation through the lifecycle (programme of works, reporting, CRM).
* Monitor progress and performance against the programme, identify and resolve operational problems, and minimize delays.
* Attend pretender interviews, supporting sales and estimating.
Desirable skills
* Good underpinning technical knowledge of Electronics and Audio Visual Systems.
* Understanding of contracts and commercial processes.
* Ability to plan and organise projects and schedule work.
* Ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
* High level computer literacy and ability to work as part of a team.
* Ability to think laterally to find solutions.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including interaction with executives and contractors.
* Commitment to high quality standards and attention to detail.
* Organised and flexible, with the ability to handle different tasks within the day; professional, enthusiastic and committed in all circumstances.
Hours of work
40 hours per week, 9 hours a day, 8.30am-5.30pm, including one hour unpaid break, Monday-Friday.
