The role encompasses multi-disciplinary working, service-development, individual therapy, group, supervision and consultation responsibilities. In all, the post offers a wonderfully diverse working role!, We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is flexible and creative in response to service and patient needs and interested in positively influencing systems through promoting psychological ways of working. The role involves various responsibilities, utilising different psychological models. You will work with a range of professionals including psychological therapists, Community Psychiatric Nurses, Advanced Practitioners, Social Workers, Psychiatrists and Occupational Therapists.
There are considerable professional and clinical supervision opportunities. We also strongly encourage the development of clinical interests through CPD. The team is well known for being supportive - encouraging self-care, flexible working, and professional development.
There are also strong links with the University of Leeds Doctoral Training course and the Trust has strong research and clinical outcome links. Audit and evaluation are encouraged and supported across the Trust.
