About the role
The candidate will provide on-site service, customer support, and conduct onsite (online) printer trials. Responsibilities include installation and maintenance of Domino products to achieve maximum uptime and customer satisfaction. You will study different types of packaging machines and confirm site readiness for printer installation. You will also meet service and spares budget targets for your assigned geographical territory.

About You
You should have strong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to deliver customer satisfaction. The role requires 2-4 years of experience in on-site field service and customer support of capital goods related to industrial packaging automation. A Degree in Engineering or Diploma with at least 60% marks from a reputed college is required. The job involves traveling to manufacturing facilities of Domino customers.
