The Role We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. This role will be pivotal in creating intuitive, engaging, and conversion-focused digital experiences across our brands. You'll work closely with our marketing, development, and creative teams to design websites, landing pages, and digital assets that align with brand identity while maximising performance.

Key Responsibilities
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
· Design user-centric wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile.
· Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and brand assets across multiple healthcare brands.
· Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements.
· Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and optimise user experience.
· Create landing pages, website flows, and UI elements that support lead generation and conversion.
· Ensure accessibility standards and best practices are embedded in all designs.
· Stay up to date with UX/UI trends, tools, and techniques to drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
· Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, ideally within an agency or healthcare/consumer-facing environment.
· Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
· Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design for responsive websites and digital products.
· Understanding of user research, usability testing, and analytics-driven design.
· Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
