2. Efficientlymanage all commercial aspects of the Sector and maintain regular liaison withall stakeholders, through visible and accountable leadership. Establishrelationships of trust and respect with all stakeholders. Overcome hurdles byusing advance problem-solving skills and accept accountability andresponsibility.

12. Carryout commercial audits on other areas of the business as and when required.

14. Degree qualification
15. Chartered Quantity Surveyor
Desirable
16. CIArb, law or similar
17. Fellow of Chartered Quantity Surveyor
18. Good appreciation of accounting principles
