Job Title: Spa & Leisure Cleaner / Attendant Main Purpose of the Role To ensure that all Spa, Leisure and public areas are maintained to an exceptional standard of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation, delivering a luxury environment that reflects our commitment to being “Never Ordinary” and “Always Aldwark.” This role plays a key part in the guest journey by ensuring every space feels immaculate, welcoming and ready to enjoy. Main Duties and Responsibilities Complete all deep cleaning and scheduled cleaning tasks in line with Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure poolside areas, thermal facilities, treatment rooms, relaxation areas, changing rooms and public spaces are thoroughly cleaned and reset. Clean designated public areas within the main hotel, including corridors, lounges, toilets and entrance areas as required. Replenish towels, robes, slippers and guest amenities ready for the following day. Ensure all dispensers and product containers are filled with the correct products. Remove litter and waste safely and dispose of in line with company procedures. Conduct detailed checks to ensure the facility is fully prepared for opening the next day. Report maintenance issues, hazards or health and safety concerns promptly to the Head of Spa and Leisure. Follow COSHH guidelines and adhere strictly to Health & Safety procedures. Safely store all cleaning chemicals and equipment after use. Work independently, demonstrating initiative and strong time management to complete tasks efficiently.
