What you'll do
* Manage the Branch and deliver an outstanding customer proposition.
* Serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse and stock shelves.
* Lead and motivate a team to achieve great results and create a fun working environment.
Day-to-day
* Deliver great service and ensure your team provides an excellent customer experience.
* Muck in – check and unpack deliveries, open and close the branch, stock shelves and keep the branch clean.
* Inspire a positive mindset, build a culture of feedback, praise and recognition.
* Ask questions, build relationships and support future business growth and succession.
* Lead from the front, coach, motivate and engage your team to create a great place to work.
* Maintain product availability and high branch standards while making the branch a place everyone loves coming to work.
