Genroud company pension scheme The Duties Perform both planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of mechanical and electrical building services, this includes general maintenance and inspections, as well as addressing immediate faults and defects. Performing routine preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical plant. Responding to and completing reactive maintenance tasks. Carrying out legionella control and monitoring activities. Using CAFM systems to manage and close out work tickets. Working with subcontractors, ensuring their work is monitored and carried out to a high standard. Preparing and using method statements and risk assessments for all tasks. Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
