Role: NEC4 Supervisor
Location: Norwich
Duration: 12 months +
Rate: Negotiable on experience

12-month contract (potential +24 months) for an experienced Site Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure works comply with NEC4 Scope via regular site presence and independent scrutiny
2. Manage defects, material checks, testing witnessing (on/off-site)
3. Maintain quality control per highways/H&S/environmental standards
4. Administer CEMAR portal, produce weekly/monthly reports with photos
5. Handle technical queries, recommend corrective actions, liaise with PM/TA lead
Essential Requirements:
6. 5+ years highways construction supervision
7. NEC3/4 experience (Supervising/PM support)
8. CEMAR or similar electronic project admin
9. CSCS card, valid UK driving licence
10. Highways England schemes experience (ideal)
Desirable:
11. Chartered/Incorporated ICE/CIHT
12. Highways England passport
