We are seeking a highly motivatedOperations Managerto join our friendly and forward-thinking GP Practice. Working closely with the Practice Manager, clinical team, and administrative staff, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice and delivering high-quality services to our patients.
Main duties of the job

* Oversee and coordinate all non-clinical teams and functions
* Maximise clinical and administrative service to ensure excellent patient experience
* Streamline workflows to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
* Lead on patient complaint resolution and support service improvements
* Take the lead on patient complaints
* Line manage reception and administrative staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture
* Provide first point of support for GPs
* Ensure compliance with CQC and NHS standards
* Support the delivery of digital access solutions and new ways of working
* Contribute to financial planning, resource management, and procurement
