Role Description
We are seeking a full-time CRM, Website, and Marketing Executive to join our team on-site at our Preston location. This role involves managing and optimizing the company's CRM tools, developing and maintaining the company website, and supporting overall marketing strategies. Responsibilities include analysing customer data for retention, enhancing customer experience, coordinating marketing campaigns, handling customer communications, and contributing to sales growth. The role also involves ensuring our online presence aligns with our brand and values.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer data to improve engagement and retention
Proficiency in customer retention strategies and enhancing the customer experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and customer interactions
Experience with CRM tools, digital marketing, and website optimisation
Sales knowledge or experience in a the field is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry
