Job Overview
Our team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is keen to learn and provide excellent administrative support within a busy legal practice. This role is based at our Lancaster head office and will involve supporting our team with a wide range of office and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy office environment, have a keen eye for detail and be able to think on their feet. Legal experience is not essential, but you must have a genuine desire to provide an excellent client service, demonstrate professionalism, and work effectively as part of a close-knit team. Responsibilities
* Handling incoming and outgoing post
* Taking payments and maintaining accurate records
* Opening and maintaining client files
* Scanning, filing, and general document management
* Answering incoming calls and assisting with enquiries from time to time
* Carrying out general office duties to support the team
You will assist with maintaining accurate records and ensuring our systems are kept up to date. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. Working as part of a team is very important to us, and you will be expected to contribute positively to the day-to-day running of the office.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience in customer facing roles is essential
* Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office

* Previous office experience is preferred but not essential
