The role will involve:
Identifying and engaging specialist talent within the Life Sciences sector
Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
Managing the full recruitment process from initial outreach through to offer stage
Developing your own market niche and personal brand
Working towards performance targets with uncapped commission
What we're looking for:
Ambition and a competitive mindset
Confidence and strong communication skills
Resilience and the ability to handle challenges
A genuine motivation to progress and increase earnings
Sales experience is beneficial but not essential
