Description Overview

Are you naturally curious by nature, proactive and a good influencer? With a passion for healthcare and brands, looking for an opportunity to make a difference?


We are hiring an experienced Global Senior Brand Manager to work on a key strategic global category in one of our European Head Offices.

Concept Writing experience for NPD (New Product Development), and central marketing experience is critical for this role. Please note there will be a moderate amount of travel involved, around 20.


Scope of the Role

- Support in leading the total brand and category strategy across Europe
- Coordinate and influence the cross:functional team (regulatory, innovation, quality, supply,...) and senior management stakeholders.
- Develop 5Y category strategy to define a clear growth roadmap with a consumer first approach (product innovation, go to market strategy, activation platform,..)
- Anticipate consumer trends, competition and new regulations and how these fit into our growth strategy roadmap.
- Actively collaborate with top tier countries across Europe
- Define and execute innovation pipeline (concept, research, development and master text)
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to lead the activation toolkits (TVC, digital, POS,...), with the right consumer insights and touchpoints in partnership with top tier countries.
- Report, track, learn and suggest improvements by analysing the impact on sales of marketing actions.
- P and L ownership including A and P management and optimisation.


Experience Required

- 5 years + preferably in Healthcare, OTC or FMCG and someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and lead by example.
- Leadership skills with a proven record as a strategic thinker and equally the ability to execute with excellence
- Solid business acumen, strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work at pace with a constant willingness to learn
- Proven track record in generating growth through creative thinking, NPD management and 4Ps excellence.
- Stakeholder management skills able to influence peers, leadership, exec and local teams
- A strong drive for results, proactive and curious attitude, and performance tracking (Analytical skills and ability to build KPIs)
- Experience analysing market data (IQVIA, Nielsen, IRI,...) and financials (P and L ownership)
