Responsibilities
* Experience with analysis and design
* Proficiency with engineering software such as Tekla, IDEA StatiCA & TEDDS
* Ability to produce hand calculations
* Deliver design work, construction site support and inspections
* Prepare technical reports, scopes of work, material specifications, CDM activities & inter‑discipline design coordination
* Assisting team members to promote their technical and professional development
Qualifications & Skills
* (BEng or MEng) degree, qualified structural engineer
* All‑round technical design expertise – British / international standards, and/or Eurocodes
* Seismic knowledge, dynamic and extreme environmental loading is highly beneficial
* Ability to prepare bids and proposals
* BIM packages knowledge
* Design of structures in reinforced concrete and steelwork experience
